"Helpful info, but the costs don’t match the hype"
The site does have some useful information about certifications, and I found parts of it helpful. But the fees start adding up really fast. They make it sound like membership and exam costs are manageable, but in reality it felt a lot more expensive than expected. The resources are decent, but the pricing definitely didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for...

"Met Some Really Helpful People"
I met some super useful people here, way more helpful than I expected. A few conversations ended up being surprisingly valuable, and it felt like I walked away with a small treasure chest of good contacts

"I applied for my certification through isaca.org…"
I applied for my certification through ISACA, the process was smooth overall. The steps were laid out clearly, and uploading my documents went through without any trouble, which definitely made me feel more confident about getting everything submitted correctly. A couple of sections took me a little extra time to figure out, and the review process felt a bit slow, but nothing was overly frustrating. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I felt like the site did a good job guiding me through it.

"I had a question about my account support…"
I had a question about my account support replied faster than I thought they would. It wasn’t no flawless experience, but they did help me get it sorted out without too much hassle.

"Really helped my resume stand out"
Getting an ISACA cert really gave my resume more weight. Employers recognize CISA, and I felt like it helped me be taken more seriously when applying for roles.

"The courses were helpful overall, and I…"
The courses were helpful overall, and I did pick up some useful tips. That said, a few parts felt kind of unnecessary, like they were added just to fill time. So while there’s definitely value here, it feels a bit mixed depending on the course

"Easy to Book Right Away"
My first impression was good, the booking process was smooth from the start. I didn’t run into any issues and had everything sorted without any trouble.

"Not Worth the Wait"
I waited around forever, and the staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on. It was frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t go back again.

"Useful enough to keep paying for"
I joined ISACA mostly for the resources and discounts, not because I bought into all the polished “professional community” language they use. So far, though, it’s actually been helpful. The webinars and articles make it easier to stay current without having to search all over the place, and the member pricing for exams and events does save real money. It’s not perfect, and I still take the marketing claims with a grain of salt, but overall I do feel like I’m getting solid value out of it

"Useful, but feels a bit dated"
I found it useful overall, and it does what I needed. That said, it feels bit dated in some areas, like the design and how a few things are laid out. Still, for the basic stuff, it gets a job done

"Not Great When You're Trying to Study"
I was using isaca to look up study info, and some of the pages felt outdated or not totally accurate. A few dates and details made me second-guess what I was reading, which is frustrating for an official site. The timing was especially annoying because I was trying to sort this out while preparing for exams, not waste time figuring out what info I could trust.

"The training was easy to follow…"
The training was easy to follow overall, and the practice questions really helped me feel more prepared. I did think a few sections dragged a bit and felt kind of dry, but the tone was straightforward and practical, so it still got the job done

"I mostly use isaca.org for the community side..."
I mostly use isaca.org for the community side of things, and it’s been helpful. The forums and local chapter info make it easier to connect with people who are dealing with the same kind of work and questions.

When I was stuck on a few certification questions and audit topics, I got some useful replies from other members. My brother, who’s also in tech, even told me it sounded like a solid place to get real-world input instead of just reading through generic material.
It’s not always super quick, and the site can feel a little clunky at times, which is why I’d give it 4 stars. But overall, the community and support make it worth using

"I tried canceling my order on isaca.org..."
I tried canceling my order on isaca.org, it was way more confusing than I expected. The steps didn’t feel very straightforward, and I’m sure I ended up clicking around in circles for a while.

The refund part wasn’t much better. It took quite a bit of back and forth, and the replies were slow and kind of unclear, so I had to keep asking for the same information again.

Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me. Maybe there’s a smoother way to handle it, but based on what happened, I’d be hesitant to use the site again if canceling is going to be this difficult

"Not sure it really moved the needle"
I guess there were a few useful points here and there, and it wasn’t a total waste of time, but I can’t say it helped my career much. Maybe it works better for someone in a different situation, but for me the impact was minimal

"My payment went through, but my…"
My payment went through, but my order never actually updated, which was super frustrating. I contacted billing support and it took days to get anywhere, and I still had to keep chasing them for answers. What made it worse was that it kind of felt like support was blaming me for the issue instead of just helping fix it. Really annoying experience overall.

"Wanted to Love It, but It’s Been a Bit Disappointing"
I joined mostly because I’ve always liked what this group stands for and was excited to get involved with the local chapter. I really wanted it to feel worth sticking with, but so far the updates have been slow and the meetups I’ve been to felt a little unorganized. There are definitely some great people involved, which is why I’m not ready to give up on it yet, but the overall engagement just hasn’t been what I was hoping for

"I used isaca while studying for…"
I used isaca while studying for my exam, it was useful overall. A lot of the material lined up with what I needed, so I can’t say it was a waste or anything. But then again, some sections felt way too broad and kind of disconnected from the actual style of the exam questions, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more targeted. Still, it did help me prepare, so I’m glad I used it, just not totally thrilled with the value...

"Login Issues Are Starting to Wear Down My Confidence"
The ISACA site is generally okay, but the login experience has been hit or miss for me. Some days I get into my account with no problem, and other times it just keeps loading or randomly asks me to sign in again. It’s not a huge disaster, but when I’m trying to get quick access, it gets frustrating. After it happens a few times, it does start to make me trust the site a little less.

"Keeping the Cert Active Is a Bigger Hassle Than Expected"
Keeping this cert active has been more annoying than I thought it would be. Between tracking CPEs, fees, and all the different deadlines, it gets confusing fast. The site itself works okay, but the maintenance rules make the whole process feel like a chore. And when I’ve emailed for help, the replies feel like they’re coming from robots instead of real people, which just adds to the frustration.
